This Landscape Project in Vancouver was part of an ambitious house renovation on Pt. Grey Rd. in Vancouver.  This magnificent property had only a tiny back patio and sloping ravine to the beach.  The property itself was eroding away more and more each year.  Our landscape design included a tall Allan Block wall that extended the back patio by 30 feet.  We built a sea wall and covered it with rip-rap.  After 8 years, our property has not eroded at all, while the neighbor's land has receded many feet.  On top of the Allan Block wall, we built a stone seat-wall with Sandstone copings.  An expansive patio of limestone pavers perched above the ocean is surrounded by mature landscaping.  Along the side of the house and in the front yard, the landscape design called for tall stone privacy walls with black metal gates.  The driveway and walkways are of the same limestone material.  Kitchler Landscape lights illuminate the walkways and garden.
